Joe Giudice’s Deportation Appeal Denied

CelebNMusic247.com has learned that a Joe Giudice is not able to see his home in New Jersey because he just got bad news form the Board of Immigration Appeals.

We have learned that a representative from the Executive Office for Immigration Review told Page Six on Thursday:

The Board of Immigration Appeals dismissed Giuseppe Giudice’s case appeal on April 11, 2019. In dismissing the case, the BIA affirmed the immigration judge’s decision of removal dated Oct. 10, 2018.

Joe still has the option to appeal the decision, the rep added:

If the respondent disagrees with the BIA’s final decision, the respondent may file an appeal (‘petition for review’) with the appropriate federal circuit court of appeals.

Teresa and the girls are “extremely disappointed” with the decision. Teresa wants her husband back home and the girls want their father back in their lives.

The Giudice family attorney James J. Leonard said Thursday:

We have filed a stay with the Third Circuit Court Of Appeals and will continue to fight to keep Mr. Giudice in the United States, the only country he knows, and reunite him with his wife and four daughters.

Joe, 46, filed his appeal in November after he was ordered to be deported the previous month following his 41-month prison sentence for fraud charges. And since his release, Teresa‘s husband has been in federal custody since March 14, when he was released from prison.

Joe and Teresa have been married since 1999 and share four daughters: Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 10. They are the main family on The Real Housewives of New Jersey which makes things complicated for the couple’s future if he is deported.

Teresa has already stated on the “RHONJ” reunion that she would divorce Joe if a judge ordered him back to Italy.

But we’re told that she isn’t filing any paperwork just yet as Leonard says, “the appeals aren’t over.”

Joe’s attorney did not immediately return our request for comment.
