Which LHH Miami Star Got SLAPPED with Lawsuit by Former NFL OT Branden AlbertCelebNReality247.com has just learned that former NFL offensive Tackle Branden Albert has decided to hit Michelle Pooch, the club promoter who continues to feud with Prince, the self-proclaimed “Prince Of South Beach” nightlife.

Well, it seems that Michelle Pooch is about to start feuding in court with Branden Albert who took her to the courts to get his money back.

According to reports, Branden Albert saw an opportunity to cash in when he decided to invest $230K of his own money into a nail salon, but later found out, his money was used for other things.

Yes, Michelle Pooch isn’t so innocent as she claims.

Michelle Pooch, star of VH1’s Love & Hip Hop Miami, is being sued by a former football player who invested into her new business, a nail salon that also serves cocktails to the tunes of a live DJ.

Dailymail.com had exclusive access to the court file, and it shows former NFL tackle Branden Albert, one of the league’s most fearsome line players for eight years with the Kansas City Chiefs and Miami Dolphins, invested $230,000 into Pooch’s venture.

But with one of the nail salons recently opened in downtown Miami and another in the works for later this year in Miami Beach, the 33-year-old retired athlete is now suing to get his money back.

The lawsuit shows the reality TV star, whose real name is Michelle Janco, allegedly used Albert’s seed funds for things like her salary and a chauffeured car.  According to the lawsuit, Albert thought his investment would buy him 60 percent of the nascent company and he would be entitled to profits and consulted on major business decisions.

Michelle and her man Jay Cuza posted this video explaining why it took so long:

Jay said last week:

We are just a few weeks away from the opening of the first @getnailedbar located in #wynwood and it’s the first nail salon also catered to men. We have services that cater to the athlete, business man, celebrity, or just your average joe who cares about personal hygiene. Oh and you can pick up a pair of @samba.sol on your way out.

Jay posted a video last week thanking all their friends for standing by them and supporting them. Apparently, they just opened Get Nailed Bar Nail Saloon just last week according to this video:
