CelebnReality247.com reports that Erika Jayne has been having to shell out all of her money on lawyers to fight fraud lawsuits filed against her.

An insider told Life & Style magazine this about Erika Jayne:

She’s having to spend every penny she has to defend herself.

Last month Erika shared that this is a “dark” part of her life.

She said:

This has been the darkest part of my life…Just the most desperate, most afraid I’ve ever been in my life. Most unsure, most volatile. I’ve been angry, I’ve been sad, I’ve been happy, I’ve been everything. And it’s really challenged me to my core.

Why Tom Girardi‘s law firm, Girardi Keese, was forced into Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

Tom’s alleged misdeeds, Erika has been dragged into multiple lawsuits from his former clients who just want the settlement money that is rightfully theirs. The money that Tom and Erika are accused of using to keep up their lavish lifestyle featured on RHOBH.

Not only was Erika’s “company” EJ Global suspended amid Tom’s bankruptcy proceedings, but she was also named in court documents for a $1.2 million lawsuit. The filing claims that Erika “aided and abetted” Tom and his law firm’s alleged swindling. Erika defended herself through a statement by her attorney, Evan Borges. He stated, “The complaint is another misguided effort to blame Erika for the conduct of others in which she had no part.” Evan added, “Piling on Erika may generate publicity, but it’s without any basis in law or fact.” – RealityTea
