CelebNReality247.com has learned that Mona Scott Young probably couldn’t imagine how far the show could go after snatching the idea from Chrissy and then employing her and Capo as castmates.
It’s been a number of years since Chrissy Lampkin and Jim Jones have been on Love and Hip Hop, so having the Dipset couple returning to the series is cool.
Regardless, some argue that there’d be no other shows if it wasn’t for Chrissy and Jim. However, their nasty fallout with Yandy Smith and Mona Scott Young led to them exiting LHHNY.
Word is, Chrissy and Jim have signed up to be on the upcoming season. It’s also rumored that Erica Mena and Safaee Samuels will be on the show as well.
Chrissy and Jim’s return will be interesting since they weren’t on good terms with Yandy. One has to wonder if they will film any scenes with Yandy Smith since Chrissy didn’t want to film with her during season two. Despite not wanting to film with Yandy, she popped up where Chrissy was and then she got upset with Mona.
In addition to Chrissy and Jim, we are hearing that Somaya Reece will also be rejoining the series for season 10.
VH1 hasn’t confirmed the cast for the upcoming season as of yet.
