Ant Anstead Joins ‘Breakup Recovery’ Program!

CelebnReality247.com reports that Ant Anstead revealed he has joined a “breakup recovery” program after news broke that he and wife Christina Anstead split after less than two years of marriage.

On Sunday, the British television host, 41, shared a post on his Instagram Story about the five-week “Breakup Recovery” program. Create the Love touts itself as a brand to help people.

The recovery course trumpets:

It’s time to take control of your life. Look, you’re here. You’re heartbroken, and now, you get to decide: Let this heartbreak and ex steer the course of your life and hold you back from love, OR, take 100% control of your life and decide that this is going to be the moment where everything changed.

Anstead wrote that he’s on day 30 of the program and said “it’s been a lifeline” for him.

He enthused, sharing a swipe up link to the website:

If anyone out there needs this DO IT!

Anstead also took part in a three-day faith-based program called Rise Up Kings, which he described as “intense” but “awesome.”

The website calls itself:

[A] brotherhood of successful businessmen who want to keep their faith, family, fitness & finances to the next level, while keeping God at the center of their life.

This is Christina’s second divorce. She rose to fame with her first husband Tarek El Moussa on HGTV’s “Flip or Flop.” She and Ant began dating in the fall of 2017 and got married a little over a year later. They welcomed a son named Hudson in September 2019.

She divorced her first husband after news that she cheated on Tarek. There is no word why Christina decided to split from Ant. What we can tell is that he is having a hard time with the split.

While Ant seems to be falling apart after the breakup, Christina seems to be cruising along. And her ex-husband Tarek is getting married for the second time.
