CelebnReality247.com has learned via a real estate website that Christina Haack is now selling her new California home that she purchased last year.
According to reports, Christina Haack is getting ready to bolt from her California home just one week after announcing she resigned from Flip or Flop.
Real estate sources have spilled the tea that Christina will be putting her 5-bed, 7-bath Dana Point home on the market in the next two weeks.
In fact, Haack bought the pad — which is in an exclusive guard-gated community — last July for $10.3 million and is looking to sell it for $11.5 million. She made the purchase after she sold the beautiful home in Newport Beach home in June of last year for $5.35 million, the one she bought with Ant Anstead. The sale followed her split from ex-husband Ant Anstead after less than two years of marriage.
Her Dana Point home is 6,084 square foot house comes with a game room, movie theater and its own spa. Not to mention, the panoramic Pacific Ocean views that are perfection.
We previously told you that Christina purchased a vacation home in Nashville for $2.5 million and has been spending time out there. We also broke the news that Christina and Joshua have a business together already being a distributor of Hemp Floors.
Christina is set to make some cash from the sale of her home since housing prices in Southern California are ridiculously high.
