CelebNReality247.com reports that it has been two years since the terrifying night when Dina Manzo, and her boyfriend, David Cantin walked in on a robber who brutally attacked them.

At the time of the robbery, David Cantin was “struck several times with a baseball bat while Dina Manzo was punched multiple times by the other assailant.” Luckily he was able t call police before something fatal happened to them.
As of today, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni released a press release that James Mainello, 51, of Bayonne, New Jersey, was arrested and charged with multiple counts of first and second-degree robbery, second-degree burglary, aggravated assault, possession of a weapon and criminal restraint.
If convicted of a first-degree crime, Mainello faces up to 20 years in a New Jersey state prison on each count. He would also be under parole supervision for five years following his release from state prison.
If convicted of a second-degree offense, Mainello faces a sentence of five to ten years in prison. A third-degree convict carries a custodial sentence of three to five years in prison, while a conviction of a fourth-degree offense carries a sentence of up to 18 months in state prison.
Hopefully, James Mainello will be convicted of all four counts and spend the rest of his life behind bars.
