Milan Christopher took to social media to let everyone know that he is trying to make a change in 2019.

He writes:

Every year we all try to reflect an want to become a better person than we were the year before. I think for me I want to leave all my own toxic, repetitive behavior in 2018. Rather it’s a relationship, friendship or work-related.

The LGBT spokesperson and hunk speaks on his fears:

I think sometimes my fear of giving my all & still may be treated like It wasn’t enough hinders me of really giving my goals 100 percent.

But the 34-year-old Chicago, IL native reflects on himself and how he can “self improve any an all circumstances & situations.”

He concludes:

Sometimes we have to look within and ask what we can do to self improve any an all circumstances & situations. Let’s go in 2019 more powerful & more cognitive of our goals & let’s crush them! Let’s go 2019!
