CelebnReality247.com reports that on the mid-season finally of Flipping 101 with Tarek he may have been dealing with one of the most frustrating flippers he celebrated his first year anniversary in style.

Tarek El Moussa took his girlfriend Heather Rae Young to Catalina for a weekend getaway and then surprised her with an over-the-top romantic weekend with a proposal.

I was standing on the beach so nervous because I knew my life was about to change:) . You are the first to see this special moment!! I mean every word I say and I love her so much. .
