CelebnReality247.com reports that Guy Fieri welcomes eight more Super 16 chefs to face off against each other in sudden death battles.
Only four winning chefs will move on to the Great Eight round in Guy Fieri’s Tournament of Champions III Episode 6 Sudden Death pt 2. Let’s not forget four chefs will be sent packing.
On Sunday night, it was filled with heavy hitters as battle it out for best Taste, Randomizer, presentation and total score.
Once again the battles were intense:
- Round 1 went to #2 Michael Voltaggio who won his claims and Leeks battle against #6 Tiffany Derry with the highest score of 93 for season 3. (her dish was amazing, but the mushrooms is what took her out).
- Round 2 #4 Karen Akunowicz beat out newcomer #8 Aarthi Sampath as they’re the first two chefs who tied. It all came down to the randomizer score.
- Round 3 former NFL star turned chef #7 Tobias Dorzon won his round against #6 Einat Admony who thought she was going to take him out. It didn’t work in her favor and Tobias won the round.
- Round 4 the main event si season one champion #1 Brooke Williamson beat #5 Brian Malarkey when it came to their clam battle with leaks. Brooke kept it traditional and took the win.

Next week it’s the semi-finals when the following top 8 chefs go head to head #2 Michael Voltaggio vs #1 Brooke Williamson, #1 Jet Tila vs #3 Shirley Chung, # 1 Maneet Chauhan vs #3 Tiffani Faison and #4 Karen Akunowicz vs #7 Tobias Dorzon.
