CelebnReality247.com reports over the past few months Don Brumfield has become a rock hard powerhouse bodybuilder.
Don Brumfield has been keeping mum about what he’s been up to until now. His friend 9Mag owner, and Black Ink Crew Chicago Ryan Henry spilled the tea on Don’s newest adventure.
He has truly been getting focused and piecing his life back together. He has repaired his marriage with Ashley and wants to be his children’s Superman.
Ryan revealed in a new post on social media Saturday:
Y’all just don’t understand how PROUD I am of my lil BIG Brother @bishop__don !!
He adds:
Tomorrow is his FIRST time Hitting the stage and seeing him grow from a man to a MAN mentally and intellectually, lows to highs was a pleasure. We started this journey together and even though I lost my way, he stuck it out and been by my side through it all to maintain and hit the stage DISCIPLINED! Truly proud and admire all he’s overcome! We are not our yesterday! Good luck brother snd wish I could be there either you as I should be next to you! Love you dawg!

After the competition Don had this to say:
Yesterday was fun and showed me what I have the ability to do when I have confidence in myself. For it to be my first show ever to land in 2nd place in men physique and 3rd place in classic out of 14 competitors was the spark I needed @gorillaseason and @matlekina let’s get back to work. @paulie_swollz only has a short time to prep me but we about to turn it up some more. I am a competitor at heart this was all fun and love for me. See me look better in the next 5weeks it’s go time for the December show. #NMOL
Don went on to thank his family for being supportive, especially Ashley Brumfield. It is so nice to see Don so happy, and proud.
