CelebNReality247.com has just heard that after the reality couple announced their divorce a couple of weeks ago, Cynthia and Peter Thomas has sold their East Atlanta home for $669k!
We previously told you that the home hit the market back in July. The 2006 home features five bathrooms, four bedrooms a fully finished basement, library and recreation room.
Here is what’s being reported now:
Following the reality star couple announcement of their separation in July, Peter Thomas was blind sided by the divorce papers.
Thomas said in a statement:
“We have discussed divorce.”
“It wasn’t something that I wanted. But it is something that I believe she thinks she needs. And honestly, I wish we could have made the public announcement jointly.”
The couple tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in 2010, which “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” cameras captured. Thomas claims the show wasn’t the only thing to blame for the demise of their marriage.
Peter adds:
“While the show is not the single contributing factor to the turmoil in our relationship, ‘RHOA’ had a lot to do with it.”
“Reality TV can be a blessing and a curse, as it provides tremendous opportunities, but it also puts one hell of a strain on a relationship, especially if the foundation is not solid. Our individual ambitions were also part of our relationship’s demise.”
We guess we will have to wait and see if Cynthia will appear on The Real Housewives of Atlanta this upcoming season
