Fast forward to 2018, Alexis Skyy is back and now on Love & Hip Hop New York with her baby daddy, Fetty Wap. She’s lucky to still be here after giving birth. Read on to get the tea on how she almost died giving birth…
CelebNReality247.com reports that 10 months ago Alexis Skyy was forced to have an emergency C section.
The road for Alexis Skyy, 24, to get back to Love & Hip Hop has NOT been an easy one. Especially since she almost died during childbirth. And the fact, that Fetty Wap, 27, continues to deny that the baby is his.
Love & Hip Hop’s Alexis Skyy recalls her pregnancy scare at 23 weeks, stating she had no other choice but to have an emergency C-section.
Skyy revealed that she had seven blood transfusions to give birth to her beautiful baby girl Alaiya.
Alexis previously said:
It was very traumatic for me. I had seven blood transfusions. I was in surgery for seven hours. I had an emergency c-section because I erupted. She was born at one pound.
She also revealed that her baby with Fetty Wap was a mere 1 lb. at birth, Alaiya underwent four brain surgeries as a baby but she’s growing into a happy, active, and vibrant little lady.
Alexis calls her baby girl Alaiya a “Miracle Baby” and now it doesn’t begin to describe her.
Meanwhile, on the premiere episode, we catch up with Alexis as she signs with Fetty’s label, Tr3yway.
Alexis states that Fetty, born Willie Maxwell II, has not taken a DNA test and until he does, “I am her mother and her father.” In the premiere episode, Alexis is forced to be cordial to Fetty, but it doesn’t last.
