Now, in 2020, Michael is back in the headlines for allegedly telling a woman at a strip club that he has a wife and a boyfriend.

Let’s be real, it would be no surprise if Michael is living a double lifestyle and poor Ashley is blind to see it. Or maybe she is turning a blind eye since Michael in a millionaire and supports her lifestyle.

For the record, Michael Darby is an Australian American real estate mogul who has a net worth of $20 million.

During Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Ashley Darby from “The Real Housewives of Potomac” tells Andy how she found out about her husband Michael going to a strip club.

Ashley said of the hotel photo:

I actually saw the photo before I even saw Michael when we came back from the lake house. When I came home, Michael was at a hockey game, and when he came home I had already seen it. He had already given me a buildup that he had something to tell me when I was driving back from the lake house, and it all erupted when he came through that door.

She added:

Michael and I “talked about the issue … and he told me he was at a strip club and this woman kept touching him.” She said her husband didn’t go into further detail about his transgressions but admitted to doing something “he regrets.”

Ashley said of Michael, adding that the argument escalated, resulting in the couple sleeping in separate bedrooms:

[He] feels bad…He wants to rebuild their relationship and their trust.
