“Basketball Wives” stars Evelyn Lozada and OG are in the middle of a very nasty feud. The two women had previously had tension due to the fact that Evelyn nicknamed OG “Toe G”

Following that Evelyn’s use of a monkey emoji on her Instagram Story led to OG accusing Evelyn of being racist.

Lozada used the monkey emoji but it had nothing to do with OG, it was OG’s insecurities that led to her accusations. Now they have been completely taken out of context.

OG has been trying to claim colorism since.

Evelyn fought back with a defamation lawsuit. And in order to protect herself, OG responded with a countersuit for emotional distress. As of now, the legal battle is still ongoing although things slowed down due to courts being closed amid the pandemic.

In response to this, Evelyn told B Scott:

I have never made comments about this person’s skin color, race or anything that should ever make it accurate or appropriate to label me a colorist or a racist. On the other hand, it’s been said by this person that I’m not Black so I can’t wear braids, I’m a fake Afro Latina, I want the Black culture, and I have Black babies because I like…well, you heard what she said…I won’t even repeat it. I will just say, I have treated this person how I have treated her because I don’t like her, and that has nothing to do with the shade of her skin or her race. If you look at the facts here, the only person bringing up color and race in a derogatory, divisive and destructive way is her.

After the latest episode aired, Jennifer and Evelyn took to Twitter to throw some shade.

Oh yeah, Jen and Eve are back on good terms.

Anyways, The Twitter shade started with Evelyn accusing someone of faking a storyline and renting the home they were filming the show in.

She tweeted:

It’s the fake house/fake storyline for me ????? Make it make sense. #BasketballWives

Evelyn then clarified she wasn’t referring to Jennifer, “My previous “house” tweet has nothing to do with Jennifer #BasketballWives LET ME CLARIFY THAT!”

Jennifer then chimed in. She tweeted:

Whew it’s the lies and the rented house for me… #BasketballWives”


She had more to say:

For clarity, I don’t have a problem with people renting a house. It’s when you have production rent you a house and you fronting like it’s yours!!! #basketballwives”
