He had credit repair done in the past and they wiped Him completely clean. I was like oh hel nah u can’t be dating ME! ms credit specialist with bad credit ima get you together ! He also never really thought about home ownership. I drilled the importance of both in his head everyday and started showing him houses. He was like whattttt ? You know he only use to that New York scenery ? —————————————————— I contacted my AMAZING LENDER @ajadholman and told her we had to get him together quick because we wanted to buy a house together ! @ajaholman and I worked together got him some Tradelines in HIS NAME not au (me) AND some PRIMARY tradelines @ajaholman. We got his score from ZERO to 780 ? two months later we found a house for close to half a million million and we went under Contract ! The roadblocks were SERIOUS! We had to extend closing more than 4 times. Frustrated we almost gave up but now three months later I’m glad we didn’t because babyyyyyyy we’re sold and closed !!! —————————————————-Thank you @ajadholman For your AMAZING team who made it happen !
