Round one came with the ultimate upset when Amanda Freitag won by default after ( chef, adventurer, producer, keynote storyteller, author, former Tavern on the Green Exec Chef and executive chef of Ashbells in London’s West End) Maddison Cowan didn’t plate his food on time.
With 10 seconds to go, the clock beat Maddison from plating his gooey part of his meal. The challenge was Pork Loin, Mustard Greens, Microwave Pressure Cooker, Gooey, 30 mins.
He was instantly disqualified. The bright side is that Guy told Maddison that he will be returning for Tournament Of Champions IV in 23.
Round Two put Tiffani Faison against Bryan Voltaggio as they had to cook Ground Bison, Broccolini, Grain Mill, Crispy and 35 minutes. They both did meatballs, but Tiffani came out a head with a flavor town plate.
Round Three was #4 Aaron May vs #5 Brian Malarkey – It was a head to head battle between two friends and just when you thought that Aaron was going to take the win because Malarkey put too many things on his plate. The Randomizer gave them Top Silion Steak, Fennel, Snow Cone Maker, Grilled and 35 minutes.
Malarkey pulled through but Mayo used things that complimented the fennel. In the end Shenanigan’s won the round 82 over 78.
Lastly Round Four put #1 Brooke Williamson against #8 Crista Luedtke – the two ladies went head to head with Country Style Pork, Corn, Toaster Over, Whipped and 30 mins. In the end, Brook held on to her season one belt beating Crista 85 over 79.
