When I started in the mailroom in 2002 in Los Angeles, every pay check I made, I would use the money to take the successful agents I delivered mail to out to lunch.
The 43-year-old real estate agent who sells million dollar homes in Los Angeles went on to say:
I would sit with them and pick their brain on how to be successful in business and life. Some of the best advice I ever got was when I had a 700 bucks to my name and used 100 of it for those lunches.
Josh explains that you are always learning no matter how successful you are.
