CelebnHealth247.com and CelebnReality247.com has learned that the 50-year-old reality tv star’s agency released a statement confirming that Ms. Juicy (real name Shirlene Pearson) is currently stabilized in the ICU.
Shirlene Pearson, best known as Ms. Juicy’s reps are asking fans for continued prayers.
The statement reads:
At this time Ms. Juicy is stabilized in the ICU. The family is thankful for all the prayers and are asking for you to respect their privacy and are asking for you to respect their privacy at this time… Please continue to keep Ms Juicy in your prayers. We will keep you updated with any changes.
While it is unclear what caused the reality star to be hospitalized, early reports from The Neighborhood Talk claimed Ms. Juicy may have suffered from a possible heart attack or stroke.

Pearson first appeared on the Lifetime reality show as a guest star when it premiered in 2016. She was promoted to a full-time costar by the second season and was most recently on the series’ sixth season, which premiered in 2021.
