The Real Housewives of Atlanta attorney confirmed that Phaedra Parks divorce is finalized to Apollo Nida, CelebNReality247.com has learned.

RHOA fans have watched the ups and downs of Phaedra and Apollo’s relationship on the show. From the birth of their two sons, now 6-year-old Ayden and 3-year-old Dylan, to the start of Apollo’s eight-year prison sentence for fraud and identity theft. Phaedra is starting a new chapter of her life without Apollo. She is ready to start dating and getting her cookie jar back in action.

Phaedra Parks sat down to spill her latest tea with TMZ’s Raq Rants

Phaedra said Ayden and Dylan are “doing very well” these days. She has no plans to visit Apollo at this time. However, she had this to say about seeing her now ex-husband:

“I can’t say what I’m gonna do, but at this point in time, it’s not in our schedule.”

Despite the divorce, Parks admits that she and Apollo will still have to be parents to their sons:

“I mean, we are parents together, so we talk frequently.”

Meanwhile, Apollo’s camp told TMZ that he is unaware of the divorce being finalized. Let’s not forget, Apollo NEVER wanted to get divorce from Phaedra, but if you are aware of Georgia state law, if you or your spouse is convicted for more than two years, you are legally divorced. Basically, it doesn’t matter what he wants, it would happen anyway.

His camp had this to say:

“If the divorce is truly finalized, it’s news to him.”

Maybe Apollo should have thought about this before leading a life of crime again. He obviously didn’t learn his lesson the first time. Hopefully he does learn the moral of the story this time.

Despite the changes in her life, Phaedra is still focused. She posted this inspirational message recently:

“Good Morning! God I thank you for this day and this new season. May your spirit fall fresh on me and all those who seek you. Lord keep us focused on you so that we wont fall short of your glory. But if we fall Lord, we have faith that you will catch us and keep us. Thank you Lord for grace, favor and mercy. ??”
