CelebnReality247.com reports that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne has been accused of staging the pictures of her shopping at TJ Maxx.

Why?

According to attorney Ronald Richards, he wrote on his Insta:

Jayne wore a pair of oversized black sweatpants with a matching shirt and chunky sneakers. Jayne is also seen holding a bunch of sweatpants still on the hangers. Social media thinks the pictures are staged.

Her husband, Tom Girardi’s law firm, Girardi Keese, has been forced into Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

The company is reportedly over $101 million in debt.

Erika Jayne was also sued for allegedly spending $25 million of the firm’s money on glam, PR companies, and her Amex bill over the last 12 years. She denies knowing about what her estranged husband was up to.

She has moved out of their shared home and got her own apartment.
