CelebNReality247.com reports that Rich Dollaz took some smart advice from Remy Ma who suggested that she take the plea deal because going to trial will affect everyone.
According to folks close to Miracle, her legal team worked out a plea deal with prosecutors that would mean no jail time for her.
Luckily Miracle’s husband is still alive and he refused to press charges. Unfortunately for her, the state decided to forge ahead with the case. Originally, she was charged with attempted murder, but then her charges were downgraded.
Miracle was hit with a domestic violence-related charge of aggravated assault.
This all stems from Miracle’s arrest back in March 2018 when she was arrested by the Olive Branch Police Department in Mississippi and booked into the DeSoto County Jail on March 15.
