Safaree Divorcing Erica Mena “Before He Ends Up In Jail!”

After 2 years and 2 months, Safaree Samuels and Erica Mena agree to end their marriage.

In a since-deleted tweet, rapper Safaree wrote, “marriage was 1 of my BIGGEST mistakes,” he said and added he is “walking away before he ends up in jail.”

Erica didn’t disagree, nope she added:

Since you always run to social media like a little girl I might as well join in. I absolutely agree with you on this. You are the most selfish, vain, and inconsiderate person. And not just with me but your only daughter!

CelebnReality247.com reports that this isn’t the first time Safaree has threatened Mena with a divorce. In November 2020, Safaree announced on Twitter he’ll be “Ending 2020 right!!! as a BACHELOR!!.”

If you recall, Safaree, 39, seemingly changed his mind and tweeted:

A man is nothing without his family. I’m not a bachelor & I love my wife I would never disrespect the mother of my child or wife.

He added:

Sorry for being childish & Salute to all the real men out there.

Fast forward to now, Safaree said he’s “walking away before he ends up in jail. Nobody is worth my freedom!!!”

How COVID Pandemic Caused A Rise In Divorce!

As we said, the COVID-19 pandemic has sparked a sudden rise in divorce filings. Last April divorce increased by 34 percent in the United States with newer couples being the most likely to file for divorce.

Dr. Dre’s wife Nicole Young filed for divorce in June 2020, Xzibit’s wife Krista Joiner filed on Monday (February 22).

Now, Safaree Samuels and Erica Mena have joined the growing list of couples filing for divorce. Safaree and Erica share a child together.

The couple were soooo in love during their stint on Love & Hip Hop and moved to Atlanta to grow their family, but the pressure of being around each other like a normal couple appeared to be taxing for the couple.

Safaree and Erica travel a lot for their careers but it appears without the travel and so much time together they’ve decided to divorce.

Safaree dated Nicki Minaj from 2000 to 2014 before striking up a relationship with Mena. The couple got engaged in 2018 and tied the knot a year later.

During the course of their relationship, they became frequent fixtures on the OnlyFans platform, sharing X-rated content for their paying customers. In July 2020, Mena shared a video of herself “satisfying” Safaree, which was leaked online for all of Twitter to see.

They have both removed photos of each other on their social feeds.
