Despite what a recent Life & Style cover story might claim, Teresa Giudice is not pregnant. So what is going on with Teresa and Joe Giudice?

Teresa’s lawyer James Leonard, Jr. set the record straight saying:

“Teresa is not pregnant. She and Joe have four beautiful daughters together—their family is more than complete. They are not looking to add to it.”

He also addressed the tabloids rumors about the reality couple getting divorced once Joe goes to prison.

Leonard adds:

“While we are at it, Teresa and Joe are not getting a divorce. Not now, not in six months, not ever. That’s another sensational story that gets floated every few months to sell magazines or get hits on gossip websites,” he said. “The truth is despite everything they have been through, their relationship is stronger than ever and they are still very much in love with one another.”

Teresa and Joe recently attended Tony & Monique over the weekend, where she wished the newly weds:

“Congrats to this beautiful couple! So happy to share this beautiful day with Tony & Monique??To many years filled with love, health & happiness!!! xxxx”

Mrs Giudice also had this to say about the love of her life, Joe:

“I love him to the moon and back! My hot date for the wedding ? my honey!”

While the family is not prepping for a baby, they are getting ready to say goodbye to Joe, who will begin his 41-month prison sentence on March 23. He is expected to spend his sentence at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, the same prison where Phaedra Parks’ estranged husband, Apollo Nida, is currently serving time.

Teresa will be back on RHONJ when Season 7 premieres later this year.
