Ex Basketball Wives Angel Brinks Gets Her Own Reality TV Series on VH1

CelebNReality247.com has learned back in July Angel Brinks stared in her own TV series, Angel Brinks: The Bling, which aired only the pilot and then it vanished.

Well, it appears that Angel Brinks is securing more TV time.

In fact, Angel Brinks has teamed up with Love & Hip Hop producer Mona Scott-Young who will be producing her new series on VH1.

We got word via theJasmineBRAND who broke the story earlier this year, that she had snagged a pilot on WeTV. That non-scripted series, titled, “Angel Brinks: The Real Bling”, aired in July.

Good news for Angel because she has landed a show on VH1.

VH1 is a better fit for her demographically. WeTV is great, but sometimes if you’re NOT a “household name” your series will go to die.

Angel’s pilot, produced by Mona Scott-Young, focused on her fashion boutique, staff, and all the celebrities that she works with. Sources tell us that the VH1 show may be similar.

If you recall, Angel starred on “Basketball Wives: LA” after her relationship with Tyreke Evans of the New Orleans Pelicans. The last we saw Brinks on Basketball Wives was the argument between Shaunie and Malaysha Pargo.
