Joe Giudice: Send Me Back To Italy

Joe Giudice: Send Me Back To Italy has learned that Joe Giudice is still waiting on a decision on whether he’ll be deported to his native country or NOT.

Joe Giudice feels that if he has to wait, then just send him to Italy until a decision is made according to court documents obtained by Page Six on Tuesday.

The site reports:

James J. Leonard Jr., the family’s attorney, certified in a separate document that Joe, who has been staying in a detention center in the US since his release from prison earlier this year, “believes that his continued detention would create an extreme hardship on his family and he wishes to be released so that [he] can begin working and contributing financially to his wife and four young children.”

Joe, 47, “will urge that USICE should facilitate his return to the United States” should a judge rule that he should not have been deported.

The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” stars both pleaded guilty to fraud charges in 2014. Teresa served just under a year in prison in 2015 and Joe checked himself in for his sentence in 2016. He appealed his deportation order then and was released from prison and into ICE custody this March as a judge has yet to rule his fate.

A judge first denied his motion to be released on bond last week.

Teresa, 47, did not mention his desire to go to Italy this weekend but did call the judge’s latest motion to keep him in ICE custody a “sad time” for the couple and their four daughters, Gia, 18, Gabriella, 14, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 10.
