Tucker Needs To Learn All Aspects Of Restaurant Business!
Each episode of Kandi & The Gang frustrates me more and more because Kandi Burruss is so together all the time with her business ventures. However, when it comes to he Old Lady Gang restaurant, the one they film at, it seems she turns a blind eye to the problems…
Now at first we were with Todd Tucker on firing a few of the slackers, but now CelebnReality247.com sees the problem is coming from the owners.
Todd believes that he can run a business, but we are clearly seeing he is running it in the ground because he is NOT learning all aspects of the restaurant business!
If h would just was Chef Cliff Crooks “Chef Boot Camp” then he would learn that he needs to understand where all the problems are coming from. The first step is to get in the kitchen and learn how to call out orders and keep the kitchen moving to serve the clients in a timely fashion.
Next he needs to oversee a few nights as a server and watch how the orders are going out. Next he needs to start nipping in the butt, all slackers who are unprofessional in Old Lady Gang.
Yes, Kandi and Todd may be upset about their manager and bartender smashing, but did they ever have a human resources department stating there is no employee to employee dating?
Todd and Kandi found out that the restaurant’s manager Brandon Black is dating bartender Dom’Unique Variety. And they aren’t happy about this, but what should they do…fire them both? Dom’Unique is trying to pursue a dance career so her mindset is not there for OLG. She can go, if you ask us.
If they didn’t that is on Kandi and Todd. They both need to step up as owners of Old Lady Gang.
Phillip needs more space to trim the fat and cut the slackers but Kandi appears to be holding on to employees that need to get their walking papers. It’s like she is keeping them just to make her show interesting.
The Issue With Old Lady Gang
When it comes to “Kandi & the Gang,” the show has made it clear that OLG is dealing with some staffing issues. Some of the employees have done some unprofessional things. But despite this, Kandi Burruss doesn’t want to fire people. She wants to remain loyal to people who were loyal to the restaurant at the height of the pandemic.
Plus Todd NEEDS to STEP UP as an owner and actually care about the business. Kandi needs to grow a backbone and FIRE the SLACKERS!
If those things don’t happen…Old Lady Gang is a bust. Go to one of the other two locations in the ATL!
